Contacts - A Contact is either a Company owner or an affiliate of a Customer that is a Profile in CrewVision.
Customers - A Customer is the owner or manager of a Property listed in CrewVision, and has at least one Contact assigned to it.
Properties - A Property is a destination on the CrewVision world map, which is owned or managed by a Customer and will have Services delivered to by Employees, Crews and Vehicles.
Employees - A system user that works for the main account holder and can have access to either the admin portal or mobile application.
Vehicles - A motorized object for transporting people or goods, or delivering Services like a car, truck, or backhoe, etc.
Crews - A Crew is a grouping of at least one Employee and or vehicle which can be dispatched to a Property to deliver a Service which an Employee or Crew can perform at a Property, in a given Service Area.
Service Maps - A Service Map is an illustrated overview of Service Areas, created in the Property Editor, where Jobs will be assigned to Employees via the Dispatch system.
Services Areas - Service Areas are elements of the illustrated Service Maps, which can be assigned to various Employees and Crews for Servicing.
Objects - Physical elements on the various Properties maps, which need iconography to describe them to users. Objects can be either rectangle, triangle and circle in shape and use an image to represent them on the maps.
Child Maps - A Child Map is another version of a pre-existing Service Map, where the Service Areas are changed in order to meet differing Service scenarios. For example, a heavy snowstorm and a light snow storm may have different service outcomes, which would be detailed with Child Maps.
Dispatch - Dispatch is the process of sending Employees or Crews to a Property in order to deliver a pre-agreed upon Service.
Time Sheets - Time Sheets are a ledger of time worked per employee. This ledger is populated by the Employee’s daily activity, via the mobile application, and overviewed by the Employee’s Crew Leader before completion.
Tasks - A Task is a single Service element or labor from which Jobs are composed.
Jobs A Job is a series of Tasks which an Employee or Crew can perform at a Property, in a given Service Area.
Tags - Tags are an easy to use and efficient data mechanism to organize and filter your content across the various CrewVision elements, where default categorization does not exist.
Tag Categories - Tag Categories are used to group together similar data types used in the Tags data application.
Map Filters - Map Filters are a series of controls that give the user the ability to refine the Properties display on the Map Browser
Map Layers - Map Layers give the user the ability to switch the background map, in the Map Browser, Property Viewer & Property Editor
Location - The Location of User will affect the visual display of each mobile application as the viewport is centered on the User via global positioning. The User position is demarcated by the classic,blue-dot system at the middle of the Map Browser and display the field of view for the user
Map Browser - A google Maps based map viewer , which centers on the User and operates within the Company Boundaries and allows the User to view all of the Properties assigned to their Crew
Mobile Dispatch - A google Maps based map viewer , which centers on the User and operates within the Company Boundaries and allows the User to view all of the Properties assigned to their Crew
