The ShareLink Pages list view shows every ShareLink Page generated by your account.
Access this screen from the left navigation menu. Click Reports, then click ShareLinks.
Overview
This table displays all ShareLink Pages, both active and expired. Each row represents one unique ShareLink Page.
Each Title links directly to the custom HTML page. Any web-ready device can open these pages without the CrewVision app or login until the page expires.
Table Columns
Title The name of the ShareLink Page. Click the title to open the page in a new tab.
Property The property address associated with the report. This helps you quickly identify the job site.
Views The number of times the ShareLink Page has been accessed.
Created The date and time the ShareLink Page was generated, and the user who created it.
Expires The expiration date for the link. Active pages show a green Active badge. Expired pages show a red Expired badge.
Modified The last date and time the ShareLink Page was updated.

Eye icon: Preview the ShareLink Page.
Copy icon: Copy the shareable link to your clipboard.
This feature lets you share professional, map-based media reports and photo updates externally with clients, property managers, or team members using a simple link. The list view gives you full visibility and management over all previously created ShareLink Pages in one place.
