Use the following steps to create a custom ShareLink Page from any Media Gallery view in the CrewVision administrator portal.
Steps to Create a ShareLink Page
Open a Media Gallery from any administrator page in CrewVision.
Select the images, videos, or documents you want to include.
Click Share selected at the bottom of the screen.
This opens the Publish a Media Share Page modal.
Publish a Media Share Page
Enter a Page Title.
Set the Publication End Time (defaults to 48 hours from creation).
Review the Selected Media.
Click Generate Link.
CrewVision creates a unique custom HTML page.
The ShareLink Page
The resulting page includes:
The Page Title at the top.
Property name and address.
A responsive media gallery with all selected items.
Controls in the top right to change the number of columns in the gallery view.
Clear display of when the publication ends.
Anyone with the link can view the page on any web-ready device. No CrewVision login or app is required. The page remains active until the publication end time.
The new ShareLink Page also appears in the ShareLink Pages List View, which can be navigated to from the left hand menu > Reports > ShareLinks.
