The Contracts List View is the central table for every service agreement in CrewVision. It gives you a clear, sortable, and filterable record of all active and archived contracts across your customers and properties.
This view supports high volume. It is built to handle hundreds of contracts while still letting you find, review, and act on any single record quickly.
Accessing the Contracts List View
From the left-hand navigation menu, expand Finance and select Contracts. The page loads the full contract list for your organization.
Interface Overview
The page presents contracts in a comprehensive, sortable table. Key columns include:
Contract - Contract name and unique identifier. Click the name to open the full contract record.
Customer - The property address and primary contact associated with the contract. A star icon indicates a preferred or primary contact.
Status - Current state of the contract. Active contracts display a progress bar showing completed jobs versus total jobs scheduled under the agreement.
Start / End - The contract start date and end date.
Last Invoice - The most recent invoice number generated from the contract, the date it was created, and the total number of invoices tied to the agreement. A dash appears when no invoices have been generated yet.
Sales Rep - The team member assigned to the contract.
Value - Contract value information, including the original or current contract amount.
Additional Functions
A search bar at the top supports keyword lookup across contract names, IDs, customers, and sales reps. The page uses the standard CrewVision stackable filter system. You can layer filters by status, date range, sales rep, and other criteria. Results are paginated and the number of rows shown per page can be adjusted.
An Archived toggle in the top right lets you switch between active and archived contracts. The + button creates a new contract.
The Export function and view controls are available in the top right of the list.
Working with Contracts
Click on the Contract name to open the full contract details. From the list you can quickly review job progress, last billing activity, and assigned sales reps.
The list view is designed for day-to-day contract oversight: tracking active agreements, monitoring job completion, and identifying contracts that need attention or renewal.
