The Crew Manager is the list view for all of the groupings of internal system users in the CrewVision database, any assigned Contact or Vehicles as well as a visual display to quickly recognize the Crew in map and list views.
The Crew Manager details the following key data points:
Crew Name - The unique name of the Crew - Click to go to Crew Full Screen View
Crew Abbreviation - A unique 4-letter code for the Crew
Description - A brief description of the Crew
Display - A graphic display to represent the Crew throughout CrewVision
People - The current list of Employee and Crew Leaders assigned to the Crew
Crew Type - The type of Crew
Vehicle Assignment - A list of assigned vehicles to the Crew

Add New Crew Modal
Clicking on the ‘Add New’ button in the top right of the Crew Manager screen launches a window, which prompts the user to input the minimum required fields to add a new Crew into CrewVision.
The minimum required fields are:
Crew Name
Crew type
Crew color
Crew abbreviation
Crew leader
