The Master Account Page serves as the central administrative hub for Super Users. It allows authorized employees to manage company profile information, team members, subscriptions, billing details, and Map Store credits.
This page is accessible only to users with the Super User role. All other employees will not see the Company Profile option.
Accessing the Master Account Page
To reach the Master Account Page, click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of any screen in CrewVision. In the Profile Modal that appears, select Company Profile. The Master Account Page will load with the Profile tab open by default.
Page Structure
The Master Account Page is organized into four main sections, accessible through the left sidebar navigation: Profile, Subscriptions, Billing, and Map Store.
Profile
The Profile section contains two tabs: Details and Users.
Details Tab This tab allows you to manage core company branding and contact information. You can upload three types of logos: the Main Logo (used as the system avatar), the Email Logo (for system email headers), and the Invoice Logo (for PDF invoices). Each upload area supports drag-and-drop or file browsing with a maximum file size of 1 GB.
Below the logos are editable fields for Company Legal Name, Display Name, Organization Phone, Operational Time Zone, Physical Address, Organization General Email (optional), and Organization Website Link (optional). There is also a checkbox to allow CrewVision Customer Support temporary access to the account for assistance. Changes are saved using the green Submit button at the bottom of the page.
Users Tab This tab provides an overview of team activity and user management. At the top, you will see key statistics: total Creator Users, Mobile Users, and users Active in the Last 30 Days. Below this is a detailed table listing all employees with columns for user details, account activity, seat status, last log-in/activity, and quick action links. You can edit user information or set users as inactive directly from this view. An All Employees button provides access to full team management.
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section displays all active plans and usage details for your organization.
You will see separate cards for CV Properties Pro and CV Dispatch Pro, each showing the current monthly cost, renewal date, service level, property count, acreage limits, web users, mobile users, file storage, and other relevant metrics. Action buttons such as Upgrade, Add Seats, Manage Subscription, and Cancel Plan are available directly on the cards.
Below the main plans is an Add Ons section (for example, CV Payments) with additional management options. Clicking Manage Subscription on any plan opens a detailed modal with side-by-side comparisons of Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, including feature lists and pricing for monthly or annual billing.
Billing
The Billing section is divided into two tabs: History and Details.
History Tab This tab shows a complete record of invoices. You can filter by date range and search for specific invoices. The table displays the date, invoice number, status (Paid or Pending Payment), payment method, subtotal, tax, and total. Pending invoices include a Pay Now button for immediate processing.
Details Tab This tab contains your billing contact information, billing address, and primary email. An Edit button lets you update these details. The Payment Methods section lists all saved cards with type, masked card number, expiry date, and quick actions to edit, delete, or set as primary. You can add new payment methods using the green + Add New Method button, which opens a form for card holder name, card number, expiry date, CVV, and postal code.
Map Store
The Map Store tab provides a full transaction history and credit management interface. Use the date range filters and search bar to locate specific entries. The table shows the date, description (such as Hi-Res Satellite Map or Bulk Credit Purchase), details, status (Active or Expired), credits added or deducted, usage information, current balance, and available tools.
This view makes it easy to track map asset purchases, monitor credit consumption, and manage your Map Store balance.
Security and Best Practices
All sections of the Master Account Page are restricted to Super Users, and every change is audited for security. We recommend keeping company information, logos, billing details, and subscription seats up to date to ensure smooth operations and avoid service interruptions.
