The Crew Full Page View is a multi-tab view of all of the data, media and messaging CrewVision has related to a Crew and its staff. To navigate between tabs use the vertical menu on the left-hand side of the screen. The various tabs are described below:
Details tab
The Details tab is an overview of the primary data that CrewVision maintains on an external Crew. The Fields are:
Crew Graphic - The visual representation of the Crew in the various map and list view in CrewVision
Crew type - a select list of available Crew types, for example snow removal
Crew color - The color used in the background of the Crew Graphic listed above
Crew abbreviation - A unique 4-letter code for the Crew
Crew leader - The manager of the Crew, selected from the Employees list
Vehicle assignment - The main vehicle assigned to the Crew, selected from the Vehicles list
Crew Abbreviation - A unique 4-letter code for the Crew
Additional Crew members - a multiselect list of additional Employees, from the Employees list
Details - A brief description of the Crew
