The Contacts Full Page View is a multi-tab view of all of the data, media and messaging CrewVision has related to a Contact. To navigate between tabs use the vertical menu on the left hand side of the screen. The various tabs are described below
Details tab
The Details tab is an overview of the primary data that CrewVision maintains on an external Contact.
Status module
The Status module details key data related to when an entry was added to, or edited within the Contacts list.
Contact Added: The date and time that the Contact was added to CrewVision
Last Viewed: The last date and time that this Contact was viewed
Edited: A log of who the last system user that viewed this Contact as well the date and time that the Contact was edited.
Details module
The Fields are:
Contact Image - The main image of the Contact - This can either be upload via the administrator portal, or from the mobile application
Contact name - The name of the Contact, which does not have to be unique
Email address - The primary email address for the Contact
Mobile number - A phone where the user can receive text messages to
Primary contact method - The most ideal method to communicate with the Contact
Additional contact methods - The ability to add additional 3rd communication and social media platforms as contact methods, and any usernames or handles associated to those platforms
Notes - A free text area, with Rich Text capability, to add records notes for this Contact's account
