After downloading and installing the CrewVision mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, users can begin the login process.
Open the app When you launch CrewVision for the first time (or after logging out), you’ll be taken to the login screen.
Enter your mobile number Input your mobile phone number in international format (e.g., +1 416 555 1234). This number is used for secure, one-time SMS verification.
Verify with the 6-digit code You will immediately receive a text message containing a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code in the provided field (you can type it or paste it). Once entered correctly, you’ll be signed in.
Important note If your mobile number is associated with multiple CrewVision companies (Master Accounts), the app will display a list of the companies you have access to. Select the company you want to log in to. Only one company can be active per login session.
First-time login (Profile Setup)
On your first login to CrewVision, the app will require you to complete your user profile before you can access any features.
You will be prompted to fill in all mandatory fields, including:
Full name
Profile picture (photo upload required)
Any other fields marked as required by your company (e.g., Name, preferred language)
This one-time profile setup helps the system:
Correctly identify and display users in crew lists and communication
Support HR-related visibility (e.g., who is on which crew)
Improve team recognition and accountability on shared sites
Once the profile is completed, you’ll be taken to the main app interface (usually the map view) and can begin using CrewVision.
