Media Gallery – Recently Uploaded / Favourited
The Media Gallery screens in the CrewVision mobile app (for Recently Uploaded and Favourited views) display the user's uploaded media items, organized chronologically and grouped by month and year (for example, February 2026, January 2026, October 2025).
The content appears in a grid layout of thumbnails, which includes both photos and video previews. Video thumbnails show a duration overlay where applicable (for example, 00:22). Tapping any thumbnail opens the full-screen media detail view.
The Recently Uploaded screen shows all media items added by the user, sorted from most recent to oldest within each monthly group. The Favourited screen uses the same layout and grouping but filters the display to show only those items the user has marked as favourites.
Full-Screen Media View
The Full-Screen Media View in the CrewVision mobile app opens when a user taps any thumbnail from the Recently Uploaded or Favourited gallery screens.
The selected photo or video fills the entire screen for detailed viewing. At the top of the screen is a navigation bar containing a back arrow to return to the gallery, an upload or share icon, and a more options (...) button for additional actions.
Below the media display, a metadata section appears with details including the name of the user who uploaded the item, along with the exact date and time of upload (for example, Jan 06, 2026 01:09 PM).
This section also shows the location information, which includes the address where the media was captured, an "Uploaded onsites" indicator when applicable, and the precise latitude and longitude coordinates. At the bottom of the screen is a Search Tag field that allows the user to view existing tags associated with the media or to add new ones.
Language Preferences Screen
The Language Preferences screen in the CrewVision mobile app allows the user to select the preferred application language and time format. The screen header includes a back arrow on the left, the title "Language Preferences" in the center, and a Save button in the top right corner. The main content consists of a list of language options presented as radio buttons. The available languages are:
English
Español
Français
ગુજરાતી (Gujarati)
हिंदी (Hindi)
ਪੰਜਾਬੀ (Punjabi)
Below the language selection is a separate Time Format section, also using radio buttons, which provides two options: Standard (12-hour format, displayed as 1:00 PM) and Military (24-hour format, displayed as 13:00). Changes to these settings are confirmed by tapping the Save button in the header.
Application Settings Screen
The Application Settings screen in the CrewVision mobile app allows the user to select the preferred theme for the application interface. The screen header includes a back arrow on the left and the title "Application Settings" in the center. The main content consists of a list of theme options presented as radio buttons. The available options are:
Light Mode
Dark Mode
Automatic
Selecting one of these options changes the app's appearance immediately or upon confirmation, depending on the implementation. Light Mode uses a brighter background suitable for well-lit environments, Dark Mode uses a darker background to reduce glare in low-light conditions, and Automatic adjusts the theme based on the device's system settings or time of day.
Navigation Preferences Screen
The Navigation Preferences screen in the CrewVision mobile app allows the user to select their preferred external navigation application for turn-by-turn directions. This selection determines which app opens when the user taps a job address, location pin, or route from within CrewVision (such as from a sitemap or job details). The screen header includes a back arrow on the left and the title "Navigation Preferences" in the center. The main content consists of a list of navigation app options presented as radio buttons. The available options are:
Google Maps
Waze
Selecting one of these options sets it as the default for all external navigation requests from the app. Changes take effect immediately upon selection, with no separate save action required. Google Maps provides detailed lane guidance, offline map support, and integration with business information, while Waze focuses on real-time traffic updates, hazard alerts, and crowdsourced routing.
Edit Personal Info Screen
The Edit Personal Info screen in the CrewVision mobile app allows the user to update their personal details. The screen header includes a back arrow on the left, the title "Edit Personal Info" in the center, and a Save button in the top right corner.
At the top of the screen is a section displaying the user's current avatar as a circular photo with an edit pencil icon overlaid, which can be tapped to upload or change the photo. Below the avatar, the full name is shown, followed by display-only fields for the company name, role, and join date.
The Contact Information section contains editable fields for:
First Name
Last Name

The Address section includes the following editable fields:

Street Address
Unit Number

All changes made in these fields are applied only after the user taps the Save button in the header.
