Property Full Page View
The Property Full Page View is a multi-tab view of all of the data, media and messaging CrewVision has about a Property. To navigate between tabs use the vertical menu on the left hand side of the screen. The various tabs are described below
Details tab
The Details tab is an overview of the primary data that CrewVision maintains on Properties. The Fields are:
Property Image - The main image of the Property - This image can either be uploaded or fetched from the Google Maps system
Property title - A unique name which links to the Property Full Page View
Property address - A Google Maps address for the Property
Customer - The Customer account affiliated with this account
Property status - The Status of the Property (Active account / Inactive account/ Active lead/ Inactive lead)
Primary contact - The main point of contact for the Property, affiliated to the Customer
Search address - The address for the property as it should return from a search, if the address differs from above.
Details - A free text area to records notes for this Customer's account

Map Edit Tab
The Sitemaps tab - map view Displays all of the available Sitemaps that have been created for a Property.
On this tab an admin user can quickly switch between the seasonal Service Maps and any variations thereof (Child Maps), and the Service Areas in a Property Viewer mode.

Contracts Tab
The Contracts tab lists all previous, current and future Contracts associated with this Property in CrewVision. - More details coming soon
Service History Tab
The Dispatch tab lists all previous, current and future Jobs that have been Dispatched to this Property in CrewVision. - More details coming soon
Audit Trail Tab
The Audit Trail Tab is a filtered listing of the System Logs Page, related to the Property being viewed. This tab is a log of all activities taken by all users in CrewVision. This leaves an audit trail for all activities taken to deliver system wide transparency.
The History tab details the following key data points:
Activity date - The date and time of the activity was taken
Time since activity - The relative time between the activity taken and the current time, for example 5 minutes ago.
User - The system user who made the action
Activity source - The software used to make the activity
Source IP - the IP address of the user when the activity was taken
Activity type - The type of activity taken by the user
Activity details - The rich text field where details of the activity taken are posted in detail
Media Tab
The Media Tab is a listing of all media applied to the Property from Employees, Vehicles, Crews and Contacts in CrewVision. The interface for the gallery is a 5-wide endless scroll gallery tile system of thumbnails which open the media in a darkened gallery showcase.
The right hand column for the Media is a series of search and filter applications designed to help the administrator sort through thousands of media files quickly and accurately.
