The External Boundary defines the overall geofenced area of a property in the Property Editor. It is shown as a pink outline in the Property Editor, Map Browser, Mobile Map Browser and various Dispatch (unless you select a different specified in your global settings) and serves as the foundational container for all data associated with that property
This boundary is critical because it segregates all data including Service Areas, Objects, Pins, media, and dispatched jobs on a per-property basis. No External Boundaries can overlap with another property.
