Objects are a unique and powerful feature in the Property Editor. They allow users to add small, detailed elements to a property map that represent real-world features such as trees, shrubs, benches, equipment, signs, light poles, or any other point of interest that requires specific attention.
While Service Areas define large zones for work (such as lawns or sidewalks), Objects provide fine-grained detail. They function as smart, interactive icons that can carry their own data, media, and dispatch instructions. This makes Objects especially valuable for complex properties where precision matters — for example, identifying specific trees that need treatment, equipment locations that require maintenance, or safety features that crews must be aware of.
Objects are fully integrated into the CrewVision ecosystem. They can be tagged, linked to jobs, assigned service types, and included in printed reports. Because they are visual and data-rich, Objects help bridge the gap between high-level property planning and day-to-day field execution.
Objects are managed through the Object Libraries and can be viewed in the Object Libraries – List View.
