Properties Manager
The Properties Manager is the list view for all Properties in the CrewVision database, and has the ability to find/add/edit/delete Properties, regardless of Property Status.
The Property Manager details the following key data points:
Property Image - The main image of the Property - Click to enlarge in a modal view
Property title - A unique name which links to the Property Full Page View
Property address - A Google Maps address for the Property
Property status - The Status of the Property (Active account / Inactive account/ Active lead/ Inactive lead)
Customer account name - The Customer account that the Property is affiliated with
Primary contact - The main point of contact for the Property, affiliated to the Customer
Service seasons - The seasons which this Property will be serviced
Total serviceable area - The total area of the Property’s external boundary, as set in the Property Editor
Last service date - The date the Property had a visit from a Crew
Last service Crew - The name of the Crew that last serviced the Property
Filter Options
The following data points are able to be filtered from the database to help quickly refine the Main List View:
Add a New Property
The ‘Add New’ button in the top right of the Property Manager screen launches a window, which prompts the user to input the minimum required fields to add a new Property into CrewVision.
The minimum required fields are:
Property Address
Google Search Address
Front door address for Google Maps API
Property Type - Can be either a school, government building, residential building, apartment / condo
Customer account name
Primary contact, from the associated Customer account
