The Vehicles Full Page View is a multi-tab view of all of the data, media and messaging CrewVision has related to a Vehicle. To navigate between tabs use the vertical menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Details tab
The Details tab is an overview of the primary data that CrewVision maintains on a Vehicle.
Status module
The Status module details key data related to when an entry was added to, or edited within the Vehicles list.
Vehicle Added: The date and time that the Vehicle was added to CrewVision
Last Viewed: The last date and time that this Vehicle was viewed
Edited: A log of who the last system user that viewed this Vehicle as well as the date and time that the Vehicle was edited.
Details module
The Details tab is an overview of the primary data that CrewVision maintains on an external Employee. The Fields are:
Image - The image of the vehicle - drag and drop a file to upload an image
Vehicle Title - A unique title to differentiate the various Vehicles
Make - The brand of Vehicle
Model - The specific model of the brand
Crew Assignment - The current Work Crew that the Vehicle has been assigned to
Purchase Date - The date that the vehicle was first purchased
Purchase KM - The amount of kilometers on the vehicle at the time of purchase
Last Service Date - The date that the vehicle was last serviced
Last Service KM - The amount of kilometers on the vehicle at the last time of service
History tab
The History tab is a filtered listing of the System Logs Page, related to the Vehicle being viewed. This tab is a log of all activities taken by this vehicle CrewVision. This leaves an audit trail for all activities taken to deliver system wide transparency.
