The Properties library lets you manage the two core classification systems used for all properties in CrewVision: Property Types and Property Statuses.
Access this library from the left navigation under Libraries > Property Management > Properties.
Property Type
The Property Type tab manages the different categories of properties in your system.
Table Columns
Title – The name of the property type (example: Residential, Commercial, Condo / Apartment).
Icon – The visual icon associated with this type.
Status – Whether the type is Active or Archived.
Created At and Updated At – Timestamps for tracking changes.
Action – Edit or delete the property type.
Use this tab to add new property types or modify existing ones to match your business needs.
Property Status
The Property Status tab controls how properties are visually and operationally classified (example: Active Account, Prospecting, Inactive Lead).
Table Columns
Title – The name of the status.
Background – The background color used for this status.
Stroke – The border/stroke color.
Text – Whether text color is customized.
Scale – The visual scale applied to the status indicator.
Status – Whether the status is Active or Archived.
Last Modified – When the status was last updated.
Action – Edit or delete the status.
These settings determine how properties appear across the Map Browser, Portfolio, and reports. For example, you can change the color of Active Lead to better fit your internal workflow.
Changes made in the Properties library apply immediately across your entire account.
