The Seasons library lets you define the high-level seasonal categories used throughout CrewVision. Seasons sit at the top of the database hierarchy and allow you to cleanly separate operations by time of year.
Access this library from the left navigation under Libraries > Property Management > Seasons.
Overview
Seasons are used to organize and filter data such as maps, service areas, jobs, and reports. Common examples include Winter for snow removal operations and Summer for lawn care and landscaping work.
Table Columns
Title – The name of the season (example: Summer, Winter).
Icon – The visual icon associated with the season.
Status – Whether the season is Active or Archived.
Child Maps Count – The number of maps associated with this season.
Last Modified – When the season was last updated.
Action – Edit the season details.
Seasons are foundational in the system, changes here affect how data is grouped and displayed across the Map Browser, Property Editor, and reports.
