The Tags library lets you create and manage metadata tags that can be applied to Properties, Media, Customers, Contacts, Invoices, Contracts, and other records in CrewVision.
Access this library from the left navigation under Libraries > Property Management > Tags.
Overview
Tags provide a flexible way to group and organize key data elements that may not be easily linked through standard tools. You can use tags for quick filtering, reporting, and searching across the system.
The library has two tabs:
All Tags
This tab shows every tag in your account.
Table Columns
Title – The name of the tag (example: PRO2000, Clearlane, Gravel).
Category – The category the tag belongs to (example: Service Area, default).
Status – Whether the tag is Active or Archived.
Date Added – When the tag was created.
Last Modified – When the tag was last updated.
Action – Edit the tag.
Categories
This tab manages the different tag categories used to organize your tags.
Use the + Add New button to create additional tags. Tags give you powerful, flexible organization across your entire CrewVision account. Changes made here are immediately available when tagging items anywhere in the system.
