The Colors library lets you customize the visual status indicators used across CrewVision Dispatch maps and mobile views.
Access this library from the left navigation under Libraries > Dispatch Management > Colors.
Dispatch Status
This tab controls the colors shown for dispatch job and task statuses.
These colors appear in:
The administrator Dispatch Map view
The mobile app Dispatch Map for field users
You can edit the color for each status (Pending, Active, Completed, Skipped, etc.) to match your team’s operational preferences.
Other Crew Status
This tab manages the colors mobile users see for properties and jobs assigned to other crews (i.e. work they can see but are not responsible for).
This helps field crews quickly distinguish between their own assignments and work being handled by other teams on the shared dispatch map.
Use the edit icon next to any status to change its color. These settings improve clarity and reduce confusion when viewing busy dispatch maps on both web and mobile. Changes apply immediately across the platform.
