The Tasks library manages the individual tasks that can be assigned to Service Areas or Objects during dispatch.
Access this library from the left navigation under Libraries > Dispatch Management > Tasks.
Overview
Tasks are the specific work items performed on a property. They are applied directly to Service Areas or Objects when building dispatches. Each task can include pricing, seasonality, and visual elements to streamline job creation and execution.
Table Columns
Title & SKU – The task name and its internal SKU code.
Tags – Any tags associated with the task for filtering and organization.
Price & Units – The price and billing type (example: Fixed Rate or Hourly).
Season – The season(s) this task applies to (example: Summer, Winter).
Status – Whether the task is Active or Archived.
Action – Edit or delete the task.
Key Features
When editing or creating a new task, you can link it to specific Service Area Types. This segregation makes building dispatches faster because only relevant tasks appear for each service area or object.

This library is essential for standardizing the work performed in the field and ensuring accurate pricing and dispatch creation. Changes made here are immediately available when building jobs in the Dispatch module.
