The Job Card is the central view for any job in CrewVision Dispatch. It provides a complete, tabbed overview of a single job whether it is scheduled in the future, actively being dispatched, or being reviewed after completion.
Pending jobs show limited information because they are still in the planning stage. Live and past jobs display much more data as work is completed and records are added.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab gives you a quick, high-level summary of the entire job at a glance.
It displays key job information including:
Property name and address
Job status (Pending, Active, or Completed)
Scheduled or actual start and end times
High-level financial summary (Task Value, Product Value, Gross Profit)
Time metrics (Total Time, RPH, Budgeted Time)
Job & Tax Details (status, contract info, fixed price vs hourly rate, tax rate)
For completed jobs, the Overview also shows details such as areas moved, areas skipped, and whether an invoice has been generated.
This tab serves as the main dashboard for the Job Card, allowing you to quickly understand the job without switching tabs.
Tasks Tab
The Tasks tab shows all the individual tasks assigned to the job, organized by service area.
CrewVision automatically assigns tasks to specific service areas on the property map and provides key details for each task, including estimated time and price. This helps crews understand exactly how much work is involved and gives managers clear visibility into job scope and labor requirements.
You can also select whether the job is billed as a Fixed Rate or Hourly job. CrewVision will automatically prorate the total service price across all service areas based on the values you enter.
You can view, edit, complete, or reset tasks directly from this tab. For completed jobs, it displays actual time and pricing alongside the estimates.
Products Tab
The Products tab displays all materials and products used for the job.
All products are pulled from the central Products Library. You can search, add, edit quantities, and set pricing directly in this tab. Each product entry shows title, SKU, estimated or used quantity, description, whether it is included in the service price, and the total cost.
This makes it easy to track material usage and ensures accurate job costing and invoicing.
Time Tab
The Time Tab is one of the most sophisticated parts of the Job Card. It tracks exactly how time was spent on the job from two important angles.
Tasks Column Shows the time spent on each specific service area or task. You can see estimated vs actual time per task, mark tasks as completed, and add pauses if needed.
Crew Column Shows the time contributed by each individual crew member. It displays clock-in and clock-out times, total minutes per employee, and allows you to add new employees to the job.
Both columns must equal the total time on site for the job. This ensures accurate labor tracking, job costing, and payroll reconciliation. Each column is editable after a job is complete in case an error was entered.
Messages Tab
The Messages tab serves as a communication log between Operations and Crew Leaders for the specific job.
It displays a chronological record of all messages, notes, and instructions sent regarding the job. Operations can send important updates, and Crew Leaders can reply directly from the field.
Operations also has the ability to require crew members to acknowledge specific messages while on site. This ensures critical information (such as special instructions or safety notes) has been read and understood.
Media Tab
The Media Tab contains the standard media gallery found throughout CrewVision.
Here you can view, upload, and manage all photos, videos, and other media captured for the job. It includes the same ShareLink functionality available elsewhere in the platform, allowing you to quickly generate secure links to share proof of work with customers or internal teams.
Pins Tab
The Pins Tab displays all location-based pins that were added to the job from the Map Editor.
Pins can include warnings, hazards, notes, or any other location-specific information marked directly on the property map. Each pin shows its title, description, creation date, and who created it.
This tab gives a centralized view of all important site notes and issues tied to the job.
Audit Trail Tab
The Audit Trail Tab provides a complete chronological history of all changes and actions taken on the job.
It logs key events such as status changes, task completions, user actions, and other important updates. Each entry shows the date and time, the user who performed the action, and a clear description of what changed.
This tab is especially useful for reviewing job history, ensuring accountability, and maintaining a clear record for billing or dispute resolution.
