The Dispatch Map is the beating heart of CrewVision’s web admin experience. It turns complex field operations into a clear, visual command center you can use whether you're planning tomorrow’s work, monitoring crews in real time, or reviewing what happened on a past dispatch.
Select any Dispatch (scheduled, live, or historical), and the map instantly renders a complete picture of that day’s activity:
Every crew assigned to the dispatch and their current (or final) location
All properties included in the dispatch, outlined clearly on the map
Real-time (or replay) status of progress across the entire operation
Summary metrics showing tasks completed, area serviced, employees involved, and media captured
You’re never stuck with just one way to look at the data. Freely explore the map with full pan and zoom, or switch between two focused views:
By Crew View
See a clean list of all dispatched crews. Crews appear as square icons with their 4-letter code displayed in white. Click any crew to see their individual completion percentages and task status across the dispatch.
By Property View
Search or browse properties to drill into exactly what’s happening (or what happened) at each location. Property pins correspond directly with their current Dispatch Status color (explained in the Color Coding section below).
Color Coding on the Dispatch Map
We use clear, at-a-glance colors so you can understand the state of the entire dispatch in seconds.
Properties and Service Areas use dispatch-specific coloring (different from the Property Editor) because here the focus is real operational status:
Yellow — Pending service (crew has not yet arrived or started)
Green — Service Complete (fully done)
Red — Service Skipped (intentionally or due to conditions)
This system makes it effortless to spot where things are flowing smoothly and where you might need to step in.
