The Dispatch Jobs List provides a detailed tabular view of all jobs associated with the currently selected dispatch. This list view serves as a powerful companion to the Dispatch Board and Dispatch Map. It gives users a structured, data-rich way to review, sort, filter, and manage work.
The list automatically reflects whichever dispatch is active in the user's session. This can be a past dispatch (for review), an active dispatch (currently in progress), or a future dispatch (for planning). The selected dispatch remains in context until the user logs out or chooses a different one.
Accessing the Dispatch Jobs List
From the left-hand navigation menu, expand Dispatch and select Jobs List. The page will load all jobs belonging to the currently selected dispatch.
Interface Overview
The Jobs List displays information in a comprehensive, sortable table. Key columns include:
ID: Unique job identifier with a clear status badge (Completed, Active, Pending, etc.)
Property & Job Type: Property name, full address, and classification (for example, Residential, Commercial, School, Condo/Apartment)
Crew: Assigned crew identifier with color coding
Date: Scheduled date and time information, including elapsed or estimated duration
Tasks & Products: Specific services performed along with relevant measurements
Statistics: Performance metrics such as job value, rate per hour (RPH), time tracking, and media counts
A search bar at the top allows quick keyword lookup. The page also employs the standard CrewVision stackable filter system (consistent with other list pages in the application). This enables users to build complex, layered queries based on status, crew, property type, date range, and other criteria. Results can be paginated and the number of items displayed per page can be adjusted.
Job Card Integration
Clicking any row in the list opens the complete Dispatch Job Card in a modal window. This gives instant access to detailed property information, service requirements, site maps, GPS-tagged media, customer notes, and direct crew communication tools.
Session Context and Workflow
Because the Jobs List is tightly linked to the active dispatch session, users benefit from full consistency across the Dispatch module. Changes or selections made on the Dispatch Board or Dispatch Map are immediately reflected here. This design supports fluid workflow transitions between the visual Kanban board, the map interface, and the detailed list view.
The Dispatch Jobs List is especially valuable for auditing completed dispatches, analyzing crew performance, preparing client reports, and managing large volumes of work with precision.
